- It is written in a deposition in IAS Book 4, "Dave, Dick + Mitchell - Sampson a one handed boy, Franky + Pheobe, the wives of Dave and Dick." Fanny and Franky could be the same person but it is not stated in IAS Book 3 why Dick and Fanny are bequeathed together. It is also stated in the IAS Book 4 that Dick and his wife had children but it is not stated in the record who they were. In one testimony from the deposition, it is stated that Dick and his wife had one child.
