- Lousia Dillard's will stipulated that Mary would be bequeathed to the daughter of Benjamin Harris. The name of the daughter is not written in the Will Book. The IAS Book 2 clarifies that the names of his daughters are Elizabeth and Sarah.
- Benjamin Harris
- There is a possible connection between the "negro woman Mary" mentioned in Louisa Dillard's will and the Mary listed under Charles Dillard's enslaved people. These individuals could be the same person or two separate people but the record does not state a connection.
- Mary
- In Louisa Dillard's will, it is stated that, "I give and devise to Mary wife of Benjamin Farris, and heirs of her body by said Benjamin forever my negro woman Mary and her future increases." Later, it is stated that this clause was revoked and, "said woman Mary and her future increases" would go to Benjamin Farris's daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah, forever.
