- In the IAS Book 4, the partition of the lands and other property of Edward Watts states that Mrs. Holcombe's share of the enslaved individuals was valued at $46,250. Various other personal property and land were included in her share while the rest was split between Mrs. Holcombe and four of her siblings. Those siblings were Col. William Watts, Mrs. Morris, Mrs. Rives, and Mrs. Carr.
