- Willed that his "servant man" Stephan be "purchased" by his wife.
- A woman named Rose and her sons, Henry and Harrison, are given the same as conditions as Alexander and Phil. It is also stated in the will that if they chose to be "sold," they are to be "sold" together with the choice of "master."
- Willed that his other "servant man" Alexander be allowed to outlined a path to his own wages and living arrangements, with the help of Marray's assigned Executer. The same conditions are applied to Phil, with the option to remain with John Peringer's family.
