- Thomas Lunsford bequeathed Eileen, Suck, Easther, Angoline, Jim, Perry, Dick, Daniel, Sandy, Everett, Yeenser, Louisa, Martha, Mary Jr., Fanny, Mary Ann, Rachel, and Michael to his wife, whose name is not given.
- In the IAS Book 4, Charles Lunsford is the executer for the appraisement of Thomas Lunsford. Charles was most likely the son of Thomas Lunsford but this record does not state their relationship. There are multiple entries involving the hiring out of enslaved individuals. This entries mentioned Everett, Perry, Jim, and unnamed individuals. Charles Lunsford, the Confederate States, the Rail Road Co., and Henry Neighbors are listed as having hired out these enslaved individuals. One entry from the appraisement states, "To cash recd. from Confederate States hire of servants at Richd." with a value of $32.00. No other information is listed about the enslaved individuals other than that they were transported to Richmond.
